Hi, I’m Lily!
A creative storyteller with a passion for fashion.
A digital book reflecting on the legacy of one of New Zealand’s leading designers in the 50-80s, my great uncle, Colin Cole.
It showcases a catalogue of all the garments our family owns, an editorial style photoshoot that reflects both my personal photography style and how Colin would have imagined his garments being worn and an article I wrote discussing the process of this project, who Colin was and how he has inspired me.

Becoming: A Visual Exploration of Success
Tuesday the 20th of May | 7:00PM - 9:00PM
Photosynthesis - 10/400 Saint Asaph Street , Phillipstown, Christchurch
This exhibition captures the universal experience of striving for success, featuring abstract portrait images paired with questions and photographs that visually interpret the personal questions and stages of “making it” in your career. Each question reflects a different phase of this journey— doubt, ambition, perseverance, and self-discovery.
Through this exhibition I hope to open a conversation and help people feel seen and know that they are not alone in navigating the confusing journey of wanting succeed. I hope to motivate creatives, business owners, students, and more, that everyone who has ever been successful has experienced similar emotions; the anxieties, the highs, and pondered the same questions they are currently.
